1. Who we are

This website, jrsgrowthstudio.ie, is operated by JRS Growth Studio ("JRS", "we", "us", "our"), based in Dublin 22, Ireland. For data protection purposes, JRS is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions, contact Info@jrsgrowthstudio.ie.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, in the following ways:

• When you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, we receive your name, business name, email address and phone number.
• When you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects your name and email address to schedule the appointment. That booking page is operated by Google, not us — see their privacy policy for how they handle it.
• When you email or call us directly, we receive whatever details you choose to share.
• If you accept analytics cookies (see Section 5), we collect anonymised data about how you use this site through Google Analytics.

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss your growth, marketing or website needs;
• Prepare quotes or proposals if you're interested in one of our packages;
• Deliver our services if you become a client;
• Keep reasonable business, accounting and tax records where you become a paying client;
• Understand, in aggregate and anonymised form, how visitors use this website, so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Consent — when you voluntarily submit the enquiry form, book a call, or accept analytics cookies.
• Legitimate interest — responding to business enquiries and maintaining client relationships.
• Contract — where processing is necessary to provide services you've engaged us for.
• Legal obligation — where we're required to keep certain records, for example for tax purposes.

5. Cookies & analytics

When you first visit this site, a banner asks whether you're happy for us to use analytics cookies (Google Analytics). If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to help us understand traffic and usage in aggregate — it does not identify you personally. If you reject or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for jrsgrowthstudio.ie, which will show the banner again.

Google Fonts and the Three.js animation library used on our homepage are loaded from Google's and a third-party CDN's servers respectively to display type and the hero animation; neither sets tracking cookies or processes personal data on our behalf.

6. Who we share data with

• Netlify — our website host, which processes enquiry form submissions on our behalf.
• Google — for call bookings (Google Calendar/Meet) and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics.

We don't share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, and meet our legal and tax obligations, and delete it when it's no longer needed for those purposes.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email Info@jrsgrowthstudio.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission if you believe your data has been mishandled.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
